Thank you for choosing MasArt. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. Because our products are digital, our refund rules differ from physical goods.


Digital Product Refunds

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered. This includes:

  • Digital downloads

  • Access to files

  • Delivered links or assets

Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.


Exceptions

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong file

  • The file is corrupted or unusable

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • A duplicate order was made

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the request and provide a replacement file or refund when appropriate.


Incorrect or Missing Files

If you believe an incorrect file was delivered or a file is missing, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by resending the correct files.
